10 years experience in all methods of aerial, buried and underground, outside plant construction and management, involving metallic and fiber optics for both feeder and distribution facilities. 20 years experience as an outside plant route manager, senior project engineer and construction inspector. Experienced in storm damage restoration projects including tornado, hurricane and flood damage to outside facilities and have the ability to coordinate with federal agencies and foreign utility companies in solo or joint construction projects with aggressive time scheduling. Knowledgeable of local and state permitting that include storm water and traffic control requirements.
